On behalf of our talented webmaster, and myself, We are Sorry The Pits of Cape Breton was not Available the Past three Weeks. Some Hackers got into Our site, and Destroyed a Great Amount of Nova Scotia Coal Mining History, Plus Pictures and Songs Relate to Miners, and Their Families.  I don't Know why anyone would do what these Hackers Did, I know it was Heart Breaking to Our Web Master Peter J Tibbett, and Myself.

We Received so Many e-mail's from Students, and Teachers asking about The Site, and Where they Could Find Information? That Peter has Agreed to give it another shot. We Will See What we can Salvage, and We would Appreciate Pictures and any Stories that anyone would want to Share With us....
